Levidrome

Levidrome is a digital product and a brick and mortar retail space. The digital product acts as the point of sale for shoppers so they can learn about in-store items on their own and check themselves out when they’re ready to purchase.

By scanning a QR code on the items, users can read a description, see color options, sizes, etc. They can also add it to their cart if they’d like to buy it or share it with friends via social, email, or SMS.

Airports for example, and other locations where shoppers might like to buy something but don’t want the hassle of carrying it around with them afterward.

I was the design lead on this project. Many of the UI and UX considerations were driven by standard e-commerce best practices. I studied what the biggest players in the space were doing for product detail views, search, filtering, and so on. Case studies I frequented included Amazon, Jet, and eBay.
